How to install

📱 iPhone / iPad

  1. Open this link in Safari (not Chrome or Firefox)

  3. Tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Tap Add in the top right corner
  5. Open the app once while online to activate offline mode

🤖 Android

  1. Open this link in Chrome
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right corner
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen or Install App
  4. Confirm — the app will appear on your home screen

💻 Desktop

  1. Open in Chrome, Safari, or Edge
  2. Bookmark the page for quick access

If the link opens as a Google search, copy and paste the full URL directly into the browser address bar and press Go.

Using offline

After your first online visit, the app is fully cached. You can use all tools, journal, track, and reflect without a connection. Your data stays on your device at all times.

Everything you write is stored in your browser's localStorage — it never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.

Troubleshooting
