- Open the app once while online to activate offline mode

- Confirm — the app will appear on your home screen

- Open in Chrome, Safari, or Edge
- Bookmark the page for quick access

If the link opens as a Google search, copy and paste the full URL directly into the browser address bar and press Go.
After your first online visit, the app is fully cached. You can use all tools, journal, track, and reflect without a connection. Your data stays on your device at all times.
